Accounts Payable Specialist

As a **ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST**, you will support Accounts Payable team in Share Services Center and ensure processing, analyze, mentorship, and assist to the internal contacts and suppliers' requirements.
You will report to the Supervisor Accounts Payable.
This Job is located in Queretaro #LI-Remote

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Provide Customer service assistance to internal contacts or suppliers.
- Ensure the review and recording of invoices into the accurate financial period in the ERP System.
- Ensure time payment for each supplier.
- Provide the documental support and all evidence related to each record.
**_Qualifications_**
- University degree (Accounting, Finance, Business).
- Experience in AP areas preferably in a multinational company.
- Affinity with ERP tools (SAP and Oracle).
- Proficient in English
