Accounts Payable Specialist

Global supplier of paper, chemical and other products, specialized in Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, invites you to be part of the team as an:Accounts Payable Specialist**Requirements**:- Three to Five Years' Experience in the Accounting Area, Minimum Three years in A/P.- Education Level: Minimum 2 years of college.- Advanced English (it will be English interviews)- You must have valid American VisaKnowledge Required:- Excellent computer skills (including strong knowledge of MS Office products).- Knowledge of the wastepaper industries and/or recycling industries a plus.- Great communication skills- Basic math skills necessary.Skill Requirements:- Strong attention to details- Must be strong at multi-tasking.- Excellent judgment, organizational and communication skills required.- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical capabilities.- Ability to work under pressure in an efficient and productive manner.- Self-motivated, confident, proactive character.- Be able to prioritize workload.- Work well with other staff members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Processing and paying a high volume of vendor invoices.- Research and resolve all account discrepancies.- Reconcile check batch reports.WE OFFER:Competitive incomeFulltime job, from 8:30 am to 6 pm.
