Global supplier of paper, chemical and other products, specialized in Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, invites you to be part of the team as an:
**Accounts Payable Specialist**

Requirements:_**
- Three to Five Years' Experience in the Accounting Area, Minimum Three years in A/P.
- Education Level: Minimum 2 years of college.
- Advanced English (it will be English interviews)
- You must have valid American Visa
**Knowledge Required**:

- Excellent computer skills (including strong knowledge of MS Office products).
- Knowledge of the wastepaper industries and/or recycling industries a plus.
- Great communication skills
- Basic math skills necessary.

- Strong attention to details
- Must be strong at multi-tasking.
- Excellent judgment, organizational and communication skills required.
- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in an efficient and productive manner.

- Work well with other staff members.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Processing and paying a high volume of vendor invoices.
- Research and resolve all account discrepancies.
- Reconcile check batch reports.
