If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.**Your task will be**- Knowledge in Productive & Non-Productive AP process.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.- Experience in dealing with the customer and maintain positive relations.- General Accounting / Finance principles (US / MEX).- Experience in reporting, KPI's Month end close metrics.- Continuous improvement focused.- Over 90's follow up and resolution.**To succeed in this role, you will need**- Bachelor's degree in accounting/Finance.- 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor & Customer service in the automotive industry.- Management of Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate), QAD, Coupa, SAP.- Bilingual essential.- Indispensable knowledge in accounts payable, creation of monthly reserves, personnel management.- Analytical skills, teamwork, leadership, great negotiator and ability for decision-making and effective communication skills.
