What you can look forward to as Accounts Receivable AccountantMaintain AR past due balances at acceptable levelsInteract with international and domestic customersProactive to take the lead to collect all past due accountsPerform credit analysisCreation of third party and Intercompany invoices, credit memos, and customer statementsVerification and application of customer paymentsAR accounts reconciliations, including Intercompany transactionsAssist in month end close processMaintain excellent relationship with third party customers and with our ZF Mexican operating unitsEnsure all reporting deadlines are achieved and Corporate accounting policies and practices adhered toYour Profile as Accounts Receivable AccountantAccounting or Administration degreeThe ideal candidate with 2-3 years Accounts Receivable experienceCandidates with AR experience, but unfinished college degree acceptedHave strong computer, analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills. Candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writingVery good computer skills using MS Office.
