The Accounts Receivable Agent will work directly with Medical Departure's vast network of medical & dental clinics in LATAM rope to ensure timely receipt of appointment details & commission revenues**Responsibilities**:- Billing ( 1-7 ) day of the month), Collection ( 7-22 th day of the month) and reporting ( daily update in dashboard & weekly status report) activities according to specified deadlines- Monitor clinic & customer account details on XERO and aged AR report for non-payments, delayed payments, delinquent receivables and other irregularities- Research and resolve payment discrepancies by using XERO or any other- Review AR aging to ensure compliance with clinic contractual obligations- Add / check notes on our CRM ( ZOHO)- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc- Process credit card payments, bank wires & cash deposits- Prepare bank deposits- Be available and ready for unexpected daily needs of Medical Departure's office and team members**Job Requirements**:- Proficient English and Spanish language skills: written & verbal- 2 - 5 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience- Remote working experience- Experience with office administration and procedures- Some familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements- Excellent customer service skills- Attend regular team meetings in different time zones- Quick and resourceful, flexible, high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail- Easily adaptable to change- Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment- Ability to solve problems expeditiously, while always maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.- High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems
