Accounts Receivable Analyst

Important company dedicated to metalworking, requests **ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST, to work in the Querétaro Industrial Park, Qro.
**

**-Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (essential)

Advanced English (essential)

Experience at least 2 years.
**Functions**:
I) Doing of invoices and credit notes to clients and maintenance of their corresponding physical and electronic file, including support of shipments to clients.
II) Accounting of payments received from clients, and sending to the corporate.
III) Carry out monthly accounting closing of accounts receivable.
IV) Request registration of clients in the system, as well as updating of their files.
V) Preparation of weekly and monthly collection reports.
VI) Implement of customer orders in the system, once it has been verified that there is no overdue debt without collection.
VII) Preventive collection management, sales analysis, preparation of sales forecasts and collection.
VIII) Financial analysis for credit approval in the case of new clients.
IX) Upload the invoices of some clients to the different portals.
**-Schedule**:
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm

**-We offer**:
$22,000.00 to $25,000.00 pesos.
