Accounts Receivable Clerk - Bilingual

Our client, a Community Management company based in California is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team!As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming phone calls from homeowners who have questions about their bills.
You will be the first point of contact when they seek assistance.- **Responsibilities**:_- Answer incoming phone calls from homeowners regarding billing inquiries.- Assist homeowners with inquiries about payments, explanation of charges, and any other billing-related questions.- Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing their concerns with professionalism and efficiency.- Ensure that homeowners receive accurate and timely information.- Collaborate with other departments to resolve homeowner issues and discrepancies.- Maintain accurate records of interactions in Accounting system.- **Qualifications**:_- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable (1 year)- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.- Positive attitude and Friendly personality.
(Passion for helping others)- Ability to work independently and as a team player.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.- Vantaca software experience is a plus.- Ability to work 40 hours a week following US time zone.
