We are looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Shared Services team in Monterrey: Responsibilities: Maintain AR past due balances at acceptable levels Interact with international and domestic customers Proactively take the lead to collect all past due accounts Perform credit analysis Create third party and Intercompany invoices, credit memos, and customer statements Verify and apply customer payments Conduct AR accounts reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions Assist in month-end close process Maintain excellent relationships with third party customers and ZF Mexican operating units Ensure all reporting deadlines are achieved and corporate accounting policies and practices are adhered to Requirements: Accounting or Administration degree 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred Candidates with sufficient AR experience but unfinished college degree will be accepted Strong computer, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Very good computer skills using MS Office; knowledge of SAP or QADsystems is a plus Knowledge of MX and US GAAP; 70-90% bilingual in English/Spanish Experience managing the process of Mexican e-invoicing requirements (CFDI's) High legal and ethical standards with a focus on continuous process improvement and excellent customer service What we offer: Competitive wages Hybrid work Be part of our ZF team as Accounts Receivable - Contador Cuentas Por Cobrar and apply now!
