Accounts Receivable Manager

RESPONSABILITIES- Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and KPI Metrics- Supervise and train the team in procedures and updates in the process.- Taking team huddles and passing along key messages to drive business narrative- Preparing and reviewing the process documentation and getting it signed by the Client Team- Team lead to ensure timely correction of identified duplicate/incorrect processing- Ensuring compliance to Client controls and help with internal/rnal audit walkthrough- Drives the resolution and troubleshooting of issues during development post-production support- Implement transformation projects and continuous process improvement- Analyzing the quantum of blockedpayments by reason to improve -First Time Match- Identify transformation / process improvement projects- Handling vendor/ Client internal escalations and providing Root Cause Analysis- Participate in weekly/monthly/as required progress calls with client- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential- Lead and develop team, manage conflicts- Reconciles work done by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balancesQUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors Degree in Accounting- Importante empresa Leading a Team- Advanced English skills- Inetermediate Excel skills- Management of Microsoft Office tools- Importante empresa transitioning a process
