Oversee the --Bill-to-Cash (B2C / Accounts Receivable)-- Team-s operational performance and ensure excellent service delivery in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIs.
The Manager will also be working closely with the Global Process Owner to drive and deliver the Global Standard Process to streamline the B2C processes and help drive process improvement projects and ensure team-s compliance with internal controls.. --Drive operational excellence-- by providing guidance and support to the in-scope countries in delivering timely and accuranancial transactior Bill-to-Cash including but not limited to:
Customer Master Data Accounts Receivable Accounting (e.G., Cash Application, AR interface processing) Month End Close Activities Collections2.

Degree nance and Accountancy 8 to years of Importante empresa in Bill-to-Cancticus on Analysis and Reporting Relevant shared service migration and operating experiencuent English is a must Deep understanding of end to end B2C process Knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite nice to haveAdditional Information Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Well-developed written and verbal communications skills Ability to adapt quickly and demonstraexibility Collaboration and working together attitude Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage time to meet deadlines and timeframes Advanced level in MS Excel
