Accounts Receivable Representative

**OVERVIEW**:**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:This position will perform accounting duties and assignments related to Accounts Receivable for a US company with Maquiladora operations. Such duties will include, but not be limited to:- Performance of collection and account management activities- Interaction with customers, providing statements and other A/R documentation- Reconciliation of payment discrepancies and disputes and recommendation of solutions and resolution alternatives- Preparation and issuance of monthly statistical reports- Obtaining documentation needed to submit to customers for payment of invoices and deductions- Providing support for deduction management as required- Other duties as assigned**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field- Strong analytical skills- PC literate in a Windows environment and with Microsoft Excel and Word- Experience in data entry into complex electronic systems- Good customer service and interpersonal skills- Excellent time management, organization, and negotiation skills**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- A/R & Credit experience- Experience with large retailer collections and deduction management- Financial analysis experience- PeopleSoft experience helpfulTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 a la semanaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
