**About the job**
The OTC team is looking for an Accounting Coordinator (Accounts Receivable Specialist) to ensure billing activities are supported on a daily basis. Issue and delivery invoices & Accounting activities such as invoices and collections registration. Manage collections for our customers. Maintain close contact with them via outbound telephone calls and other forms of communication to manage queries, requests, disputes, among others. **As an Accounting Coordinator, you will**:
- Researches, processes and verifies the accuracy of applicable accounting information.
- Maintains accurate accounting records and compiles reports, as needed.
- Communicates with internal and external customers concerning invoices and payments.
- Performs data entry of accounting information with a high level of accuracy.
- Reconciles accounting information.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**
- 3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping, including data entry experience and receivable experience.
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of company publications, products and pricing
- Excellent knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Excellent data entry, and number recognition skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and accounting systems and ability to leverage systems to wards better performance.
- Proficient in English with ability to listen and communicate both verbally and in writing
