We're proud of that and we see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Possess and demonstrate end-to-end accounts receivable knowledge: You'll manage incoming payments, accurately track them in the system, and maintain precise bookkeeping records.Drive cluster receivable metrics: Collaborate with the cluster Accounts receivable partners and leaders to optimize payment processes and enhance financial decision-making.Assist in financial decision-making on receivables: Use your expertise to influence customer behavior and improve overall financial outcomes.Work closely with process streams and stakeholders: Exceed accounts receivable metrics by collaborating with various teams and ensuring seamless operations.We are looking for:At least 3-4 years of experience in AR processes and collections.Proven experience in cash applications.Advanced English Level (oral and written) required.People-oriented skills.Academic background in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.Proficient in MS Excel
