Central Transport of Mexico, a leader in LTL (less-than-truckload) transportation for more than 90 years and one of GM's Carriers of the year in 2021, is currently seeking an experienced Spanish/English Speaking Account Receivable Specialist for our office in Monterrey.
We are in search of a self-starter who is a highly organized individual looking to take the next step.
This customer resolution role is a critical position to maintaining customer perception of our organization as well as to ensure timely payment for services rendered.

Job Responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers
- Working effectively with other team members and internal departments
- Communicating with sales team members as needed regarding account status
- Maintaining and notating all necessary information regarding customer and account status
- Documenting efforts and contacts used to help determine appropriate next steps
- Addressing billing inquiries
- Providing overall collections support as necessary, including processing credit card payments
- **Fluent in English.
(Speaking, writing, and reading)**
- Superior communication skills including: listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency on time sensitive matters, and ability to follow up consistently
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times
- Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Affinity for detailed note taking and investigative research
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently when needed
- Positive outlook/team player
**- Call center/customer service/collections experience is ideal**

**THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY**

Pay: From $30,073.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 64920, Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
