The position is required to engage and promote sales of products and services offered by Boston Scientific. This role is responsible for the territory's channel partners or direct accounts and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. The AE develops as a professional sales representative developing and building long-term relationships with stakeholders and HCPs.Your responsibilities will includeDevelops and executes the account plans for each customer, assuring the needs and priorities of the main customers are met.Responsible for pursuing leads and providing the tools to maximize the benefits of the services given.Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to resolve customer requests.Negotiate and process customer orders to achieve quota.Device Management: Monitor inventory levels, initiate logistics, i.E., shipments and movement tracking of investigational products according to regulatory and company guidelines.Collaborates with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level. Demonstrates mastery of all sales tools and programs available. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition's strengths and weaknesses.Executes key account plans to develop different therapies in collaboration with the Field Clinical Specialist of the territory.What we are looking for in youRequired qualifications:Position based in Northwest Mexico (preferably Tijuana/Hermosillo/Chihuahua), responsible for the territory in Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora, Sinaloa, and Chihuahua.Job experience of at least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Healthcare.English (advanced level / B2) spoken and written.Written and verbal communication skills.Availability to travel
