Role Summary: This is a Managed Services position to provide functional expertise to troubleshoot production issues and test enhancements within Oracle Cloud R2R (Fixed Asset, Projects, General Ledger).

The focus of this position is to provide customer service via phone and electronic means on a functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each service incident. This position requires the individual to coordinate work with offshore team members in order to maximize overall team efficiency.
Role expectations include: 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS FinancialsAt least 2+ years of Oracle Cloud experience with emphasis on General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Projects.Provide timely resolution and communication of tickets in the production support queueTroubleshoot, isolate, resolve and report on production issuesDetermine the root cause of incidents and make recommendations for prevention in the futureAbility to work independently with minimal directionExcellent verbal & written communication skillsGood presentation skills to articulate ideas, options & solutionsDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with othersPrior experience providing Functional customer supportEducation: Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred:
