Acquisition Underwriter

AD1 Global is seeking a Part-Time Hotel Acquistion Underwriter to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Hotel Acquisition Underwriting**:

- Evaluate hotel acquisition opportunities to assess their financial viability, market potential, and risks.
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and pro forma financial projections.
- Review market research and competitive analysis to assess the hotel's positioning in the market.
- Assess the condition and potential capital expenditure requirements of the hotel property.
**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare comprehensive executive summaries and teasers of potential deals for potential equity partners.
**Acquistion Meetings**:

- Participate in meetings with the acquisition team to present your findings, answer questions, and provide insights into the opportunities being considered.
**Due Diligence**:

- Support the due diligence process for hotel acquisitions.
**Dispositions**:

- Assist in the sale of current assets by providing necessary information to brokers and sellers.
**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in hotel underwriting, real estate finance, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with hotel industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
