We win and lose as a team.- Agility - We anticipate the unexpected, embrace and adapt to change.- Courage - We dare to think unconventionally.**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**The Ad Operations Executive's main responsibility will be to lead the preparation and implementation of digital media creatives, including gathering of assets, trafficking, creation of ad serving tags, troubleshooting and QA. This position requires an individual that works well in a team- based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment.Your main responsibilities will include:- Manage trafficking tags across ad servers- Gather and test all assets (tags, trackers, creative) needed to go live- Troubleshoot, verify technical specifications and QA creative elements.- Effectively communicate internally and externally troubleshooting details and missing assets- Recognize recurrent or potential issues and problems, and know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible- Associate various third-party pixels to campaigns as needed- Assist with writing and updating documentation into MiQ's Wiki- Responsible for completing ad hoc side projects as assigned by the Manager- Help onboard and train new hires- Ability to independently troubleshoot- Passionate about the ad tech industry**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- 1-2 years ad operations experience- Experience using multiple DSPs- Experience working in platforms like Sizmek, Celtra, Flashtalking, GCM, etc
