.**OVERVIEW****Please note this is a temporary 3 months role**The Sales Planner is primarily responsible for helping the sales team in the planning, pricing, and delivery of sales packages that are aligned to clients' needs and KPI's and that maximize our inventory and investment. In addition, he/she will assist in certain aspects of sales reporting, developing tools that will help the sales team, and centralizing client negotiations.This individual will partner with the Sales and Account Management team to ensure seamless and strategic with our portfolio media planning while providing a high-level of client service for assigned Advertisers, Agencies and internal clients**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- **OPERATIVE**:- Verify inventory availability through the sales process- Create internal orders & insertion orders to adhere to sales operations processes- Work with Traffic to manage preemptions, reaffirm quarterly estimates and create account posts- Generate, track and distribute assigned sales reports, as specified by Management- Communicate ad specs and creative lead times while managing client expectations**STRATEGIC**Work across functional teams such as Account Management, Creative, Ad Operations, Marketing, digital and content in the creation of Client Proposals, Presentations.- Prepare and revise sales plans/pitches that maximize the use of inventory while fulfilling agency/client requirements- Brainstorm with internal teams to create the most creative & strategic media plans & recommendations- Attend & participate in planning kick-off calls- Maintain client schedules to ensure delivery of buy, build/schedule packages as needed- Work closely and communicate directly with appropriate agency/client counterparts as needed to always ensure excellent service- Prepare deal memos, enter deals and handle all ongoing internal deal maintenance- Build strong relationships with counterparts in the LATAM advertising team to keep abreast of any process / systems changes that could benefit the territory**Desired Characteristics**- Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing- Leadership skills- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, client relation and organizational skills- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Demonstrated understanding of emerging trends- Innovation**Required Qualifications**- 4-5 years Digital Marketing (within Mkt)- Familiarity with internet marketing's programs and latest trends- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Administration, Engineering, or equivalent degree/certificate.**What we offer**:- **Competitive base salary**:- **Superior Law Benefits**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por relación de trabajo por temporadaDuración del contrato: 3 mesesSueldo: Hasta $35,000
