Always keeping in mind that teamwork makes the dream-work, to give the best service to the homeowners they work with.**Work activities**:- Review payment histories and balances, calculating amounts owed or credits due.- Format spreadsheets for system data import, and pull data from multiple source types (Word, Excel, PDF).- Collect and organize documents.- Enter applicable community details into several areas of system of record.- Track activities as assigned on both onboarding and offboarding checklists.- Handle customer inquiries about the process.- Clearly communicate status updates and delays- Other duties and special projects as assigned.**Schedule**Monday to Friday- Standard schedule 10:00 - 19:00 Mexico City time- Daylight saving 09:00 - 18:00 Mexico City time**THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.
