**Work activities**:
- Review payment histories and balances, calculating amounts owed or credits due.
- Format spreadsheets for system data import, and pull data from multiple source types (Word, Excel, PDF).
- Collect and organize documents.
- Enter applicable community details into several areas of system of record.
- Track activities as assigned on both onboarding and offboarding checklists.
- Handle customer inquiries about the process.
- Clearly communicate status updates and delays
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
**Schedule**
Monday to Friday
- Standard schedule 10:00 - 19:00 Mexico City time
- Daylight saving 09:00 - 18:00 Mexico City time
**THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.**

**Requirements**:
- High School diploma mandatory. Bachelor is a plus.
- Around 2 years of experience in data entry.
- Accounting Background preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Communication skills in writing and speaking.
- Strong Excel.
- Strong typing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand ledgers.
