They are responsible for the on-time delivery of administrative tasks to allow the operational team to deliver the services punctually.The main activities for this position are:- Deal with assigned maintenance work orders through CRM.- Contact and schedule maintenance services.- Follow up on open work orders.- Close work orders.- Prepare maintenance reports to Property Managers.- Escalate work orders or tenant issues when needed.- Support the Property Manager with any other task they need.Phone VolumeIntermediate with inbound and outbound calls.**Position Schedule****M to F 11:00 to 20:00 CST.**We offer:- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)- 6 vacation days after the first year- IMSS- Major medical insurance since day 1After 3 months probationary contract, we add:- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to the city you are from)- Food vouchers- Saving fund- Restaurant tickets**Requirements**:- 2 years of experience managing tickets or work orders (follow-up and closure).- Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.- Experience dealing with demanding customers on the phone.Desired:- 1 year of Customer Service Experience in a Call center Environment for American customers.- Experience dealing with maintenance tickets.
