**Job Activities**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow processes.
- Coordinate the renewal processes for insurance policies and utility services to ensure uninterrupted coverage and services for our properties.
- Perform data entry tasks across various platforms to update and maintain records accurately.
- Assist in preparing documents for homeowners, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.
- Conduct follow-up activities to track scheduled work progress and ensure timely completion.
**Schedule**:
Regular Schedule: 10:00 to 19:00 CST MEX
Daylight Saving Schedule: 9:00 to 18:00 CST MEX.

**Requirements**:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong writing skills in English
- Feel comfortable on the phone to solve customer inquiries.
- Tech savvy
- Experience in HOA is a plus.
