*This is a part-time position (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 1 pm)Join us as an Office Manager to be the intermediator between our employees, vendors, and the administration.Main responsibilities:Develop and implement department policies and procedures for operational improvement.Work with vendors and HR to recruit, orient staff, and coordinate departmental goals and projects.Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and ensure safety, health, and security standards compliance.Lead business improvement efforts, prepare operational reports, and manage assets across multiple locations.Handle workspace management, staff relocation, and ensure timely payment of monthly bills.Supervise facilities services, vendor meetings, and staff training.Coordinate employee engagement programs and manage transportation for site visits, 24/7 emergency call support.Requirements:Bachelor's degree.Excellent written and spoken English.2-3 years of proven work experience as an office administrator.In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.Proficient in MS Office.Awareness of ISO, ISMS, and GRIC policies.Benefits:Vales de despensa.Work location: Empleo presencial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
