**Position Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date carrier records
- Ensure all database documentation is compliant with industry standards
- Maintain complete understanding of markets including seasonal freight
- Maintain complete understanding of assigned Logistics Consultant's book of business including POC's, common lanes, and common trailer types
- Oversee transportation in route to ensure timely pick-up and delivery
- Communicate with transportation companies to ensure all parts of assigned delivery are completed
- Work with assigned team that includes Logistics Consultant and Carrier Relations
- Collaborate with assigned Logistics Consultant to track and trace all weekend freight as needed
- Maintain carrier information in internal database including location, equipment type, and availability
- Oversee all parts of loads in transit through internal software
- Continuously seek areas for improved efficiencies
- Identify potential issues and utilize critical thinking to determine the best course of action
- Proactive shipment tracking and customer alerts for known service issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- **Position Requirements (Hard Skills)**_
- Logistics experienced required desirable 6 months - 1 year
- Customer Service required desirable 6 months - 1 year
- Sales requiered desirable 6 months - 1-year
- C1 - C2 English level
