SharePoint AdministratorThe SharePoint Administrator position is a critical role for the Converge Growth Team, responsible for maintaining the Converge Sales Academy platform used by the Sales Team and other departments.
The Sales Academy is the primary learning platform for the Converge Sales organization.
This position reports to the Director of Sales Development and focuses on the management, optimization, and strategy for the Converge Sales Academy.
This is a salary-based position.Key Responsibilities Include:Maintain and optimize the current Converge Sales Academy SharePoint site, including adding new content, managing existing content, and continually updating the look and feel.Create and execute a plan to move the current Sales Academy site and content to Converge's new Learning Management System (LMS), Eloomi, in 2025.Take recorded training sessions from the Converge Sales Academy and add them to the Sales Academy, including videos, bookmarks, summaries, PPT, PDF, Word, and other assets.Work with current Converge SharePoint administrators to link and add Sales and Practice content from ConvergeLink to the Sales Academy, aiming to mirror all Sales and Practice-based content to the Converge Sales Academy over time.Collaborate with Converge Marketing to incorporate important recordings from Sales Meetings, trainings, and other initiatives into the Sales Academy site.Position RequirementsStrong knowledge of SharePoint and the ability to administer, add, and manage content in an existing SharePoint environment.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally with Eloomi.Comfortable working across different divisions of Converge, including Sales, Marketing, and Practices.Well-organized with the ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.Proactive in identifying areas of improvement for the Converge Sales Academy and implementing changes.Role and Success MeasurementsTranslating the Sales Academy strategy and vision from Growth Team Leadership into results.Maintenance and continual updating of the Sales Academy site.Creation and execution of strategy to move the existing Sales Academy site to the new LMS.Establishing the Converge Sales Academy site as the main repository for sales learning at Converge.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
