TecAlliance de México, a company dedicated to marketing and information systems for the automotive industry, is seeking talent for the position of Bilingual Administration and Accounting Professional to support the growth of the company in Mexico.
Responsibilities: Invoice preparation, issuing CFDI, payment complements, and credit notes Expense control and reimbursement Payment and negotiation with suppliers Preparation of monthly reports Purchase of office supplies and stationery Visitor reception Support and follow-up on company projects Company expense control and employee expense reimbursement Payment to suppliers and services Management of accounting and payroll with an external firm Control of calls and parcels Hotel, flight, and restaurant reservations Coordination of events and fairs Essential Competencies: Minimum of 3 years as an office administrator and accounting assistant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields Experience in accounting administration Experience in invoicing Advanced English and native Spanish is essential Experience in collection and follow-up of purchase orders Proficiency in Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint at an intermediate/advanced level We offer: Excellent work environment with a young, innovative team with a high sense of excellence National and international management and interaction with teams from the USA, Canada, Germany, and Brazil Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Work location: Lomas Verdes Naucalpan, State of Mexico, in a hybrid model Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
