Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support? A leading accounting firm is looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to contribute to the seamless operations of a dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of our client's office operations. This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company. What You'll DoPhone Management: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, including client inquiries and redirections.Accounts Receivable (A/R) Calls: Conduct A/R communications, including client follow-ups on payments and invoice queries.Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and staff, managing calendars effectively.Document Organization: Maintain order in electronic filing systems, ensuring easy and accurate document access.Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and correspondence handling.Client Interaction: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing exemplary customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. What You Need3-5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role in professional services environments such as accounting, Tax firms, legal practices etc.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software such as Slack and CRM toolsA proactive problem-solving approach and meticulous attention to detail.A high school diploma is required; additional qualifications in administrative services are advantageous. A 4-year college degree is beneficial. Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary.This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.Work from home.Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.Additional perks and benefits.
