POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant and Driver
DEPARTMENT NAME: SALES ADMINISTRATION
REPORTING TO TITLE: Manager, Administration & General Affairs
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Administrative Assistant will perform administrative and clerical duties under supervision. Managing administrative activities including expenses, general affairs including support to office management, company's employees and visitor's transportation, and supporting Expat's personal and professional activities in Mexico.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for a combination of clerical tasks to support office management and administrative operations, searching for and compiling information; data entry, acknowledgments, deliveries, and expense control, and responding to routine requests with standard answers (by phone, in-person, or by correspondence).
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the office management.
- Types reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents.
- Research vendors and collect prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services.
- Transportation service for HTMX employees and visitors.
- Expat's daily support (personal and professional) in Mexico.
- Performs other duties as assigned **.**
EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- At least two years of clerical experience is preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Occasional Travel is required.
