Administrative Assistant / Customer Service

At Capita Works we are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our great team and work remotely. Help to establish a standard set of client-facing responses to common questions- Identify, implement, and/or manage software tools and services that will enable the CRM teams to work more efficiently and effectively- Assist with new client training- Create support documentation- Assist clients with software support- Take on ad hoc customer operations projects as the need arisesQualifications:- Experience in customer service- Experience with Zendesk a plus- Enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic and rapidly changingenvironment- Passion for designing and documenting processes- Takes a high degree of ownership over their work- Clear communicator with professional presence- Ability to lead through influence**Requirements**:- Residence in Mexico- Advanced English level.- Skills: highly proactive and organized.- American visaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoIdioma:- inglés (Deseable)
