(negotiable with the client).- Monthly bonus of 2,000 MXN NET.- 12 vacation days after the first year.- Free access to 1DOC3 (Healthcare app).- US holidays.- Remote work.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Provide administrative support to the creative team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.- Assist with the creation and organization of project documents, presentations, and proposals.- Coordinate project logistics, including client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal reviews.- Maintain client databases, contact lists, and project files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense management for projects.- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for project-related needs, such as printing, shipping, and rentals.- Assist with the preparation and execution of client pitches, presentations, and events.- Manage office supplies inventory, order replenishments, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.- Support onboarding new team members, including administrative setup and orientation assistance.- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.- Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and collaborative office culture by organizing team-building activities and events.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Fully Bilingual.- Experience with: MS Office. Google Suite. Adobe.
