Administrative Assistant

Important American Company is looking for an **Administrative assistant**Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Accounts Payable process with other accounting department team members.
This job includes the full Accounts Payable life cycle from reviewing and entering vendor invoices through payments and reconciliations.
**Language Ability**: Bilingual (English/Spanish) 80%**Responsabilities**:- Process vendor invoices (approval, coding, data input, payments, and document storage/management)- Process accurate and timely payments to vendors- Reconcile vendor accounts and employee expense accounts.- Will assist in optimizing the travel and expense programs while ensuring compliance and maximizing savings for the company- Responsible for daily maintenance of the Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation**Wage**: $20,000 + law benefits**Work location**: Torre Azenzo (near fashion mal) in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mex8:00 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $21,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividad
