**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls;
- Run errands (i.e.
Post Office, etc);
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents / correspondence; and
- Operate office equipment.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally;
- Attention to detail;
- Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others;
- Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn new software/technology quickly.
