**Major Duties****Qualifications**- Required Education: Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or a job-related field.- Required Experience: Possession of this knowledge and abilities is typically demonstrated through the equivalent of one (1) year of experience in professional customer service work at the entry level. Equivalent amounts of graduate-level job-related education may be substituted for the required experience.- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of the methods of organization and project management; the ability to rapidly acquire such knowledge of the organization, procedures; and the basic principles, practices, and major trends in the compliance department.- Skills: Proficiency in the use of computerized office systems and software programs that perform word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs- Preferred Qualifications: Two years of related working experience.- Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge, procedures, and activities of CIU's accrediting institutions; and the basic principles, practices, and major trends with staff compliance and eligibility.- English 100%**Responsibilities**- 20% - Assists with verifying documentation and assessments for CIU job applicants in order to move forward with the pre-boarding/onboarding process.- 15% - Answers the CIU general line and transfers students or other callers to the appropriate department or staff member. Assists callers to the best of their ability. Manages website chat results.- 10% - Schedules meetings for onboarding weeks and other employee engagement activities.- 10% - Consult and coordinate with the Compliance Manager for any issues related to daily tasks. Notify the compliance manager regarding any potential violations.
