Draft and prepare reports, and presentations as needed.Documentation Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation. Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, dinners, and other events.Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Plant Director. This may include conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking project progress.Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in working order.
