GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Execute all the administrative tasks inherent to the manager and the support activities required by the departments.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- High school at least, Desirable professional career
- 3 to 5 years of experience related to the position
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (English
- Spanish)
- Strong skills in Microsoft suite products (Word, excel, power point)
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative tasks
- Assist the manager in the management process in SAP
- Administration of purchases of the department
- Ensure accuracy in expense reports
- Assist in department travel reservations
- Prepare the arrival of visitors to Juarez in terms of security planning
- Prepare reports
- Supports the movements of the purchasing department
- Assists the Manager in the preparation, control and execution of P.O.'s, CAPEX and other documents
- Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the Manager
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015
- Comply with the security rules determined according to their function
- Comply on time with the planned training sessions according to their role
- Comply on time with the planned training related to Quality and training
- Identify any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions
