As an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Operations here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing high-level administrative support to our Director of Operations. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of the Director's office. Are you ready to be the right-hand person to our Director of Operations and ensure the efficient functioning of their office? You will report directly to our Director of Operations, and you'll work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. In this role, you will impact the organization by: - Managing the Director's calendar and scheduling appointments and meetings - Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries - Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion - Acting as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Providing general administrative support to the Director and their team.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English written and verbal is a must
