KiMEX is Kiewit's alliance partner for providing engineering, procurement, and construction ("EPC") services to Kiewit Energy de Mexico, specifically employing the staff and craft that deliver those services.

Kiewit Energy de Mexico offers construction and engineering services in a variety of markets including power, oil, gas and chemical, terminals, marine works and mining.
Kiewit Energy de Mexico had 2017 revenues of $50 million and employs more than 1,500 staff and craft employees in Mexico.
**Primary responsibilities and duties**
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, which includes preparing agendas, sending out meeting invitations, reserving, and preparing facilities and resources (which may include ordering food and setting up beverages), occasionally includes arrangements off-site.
- Plans for recurring significant departmental tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Plans meetings, schedule appointments, and acts as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Assist with presentations preparation.
- Maintains department contact list and department calendar.
- Maintains list of employees' birthdays and upload at Birthday Calendar to internal SharePoint
- Provides follow up on department action items Smartsheet, keeping it updated and helping on expedite corresponding resolutions.
- Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- English proficiency
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
