**Job Summary**

Performs administrative duties for executive management located in Eaton's Queretaro Corporate offices.
Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, travel reservations, meeting and event arrangements; expense reports, document translations, supervising other support staff, receiving and directing visitors and communications.
Interaction corporate employees.
Management expenses for Staff.
**Responsibilities**:
Performs expense reports at Concur of HR Staff expenses according with the policy

Responsible for managing parking spaces at Queretaro corporate building

Responsible for set and print access badges for the corporate employees

Manage cleaning service at Eaton's Queretaro office

Manage educational policy for corporate employees

Responsible of coordinate corporate events

Ensure bulletin boards/digital boards have required postings and are up to date, including policies, birthdays at the Queretaro corporate office

Process payroll discounts for employees derived from educational policy and access badges

Support HR team to deliver letters, employment certificates, pantry and restaurant cards to employees

Responsible to search for providers and quotes, process purchase orders.
Responsible to authorize visitors, suppliers and new employees' access to main entrance

Responsible to receive and send messaging

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Administration Bachelor or similar

**Years and area of experience required**
- Bilingual skills, 1 or 2 years minimum of experience as bilingual administrative assistant required.
**Technical knowledge**
- Organization of different events, planning, Microsoft Office Skills.

Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication, Translations

Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients, plants and vendors.
