Job Purpose/Summary: The reason for this position is to keep the accounting records on all the company's foreign trade operations "imports" up to date. Attend to information requirements from the different areas, and respond to requests for clarifications from various suppliers including internal and external audit requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Keeping updated electronic files for all documents related to A/P. Fiscal requirement.Keeping updated electronic files for import documents related to the costing process. Fiscal requirement.Record travel expenses reports. Accounting.Record down payment settle reports. Accounting.Update import and customs brokers file on a weekly basis. Costing.Keeping control of files in external storage.Supporting the Fiscal area to answer SAT requirements.Participate in quarterly physical inventory.Supporting internal audit requirements.Requirements: Education/Certifications: CPA bachelor's degree
Experience: At least 2 years in general accounting.
Computer Skills: Advanced Excel, pivot tables, formulas.
Communication Skills: Fluent English
Special Skills: SAP experience preferred
Focus: Timely and quality delivery and accuracy
Travel: Occasionally to Torreon
