ELEVATE is looking for a junior Administrative Assistant to assist the Administrative Manager in a variety of duties and projects. This position will focus on working with our contractors specifically on travel arrangements and various expense transactions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle travel arrangements for our contractos to include market comparison, securing best rate
- Track and manage contractor expenses
- Handle the registration process for contractors in our expense reimbursement program (Freadom/Concur)
- Manage updates and changes to travel plans
- Work closely with the coordination team to adjust travel arrangements
- Other duties and projects as assigned by Administrative Manager
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
