The Administrative Assistant will provide day to day support to the Plant Manager and the Managers reporting to him.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide day to day administrative support to the Plant Manager and other Managers.
- Provide daily reminders for meetings.
- Prepare documents for each day's schedule of meetings.
- Receive calls, take messages, and route correspondence.
- Prepare internal corporate documents for team members.
- Create presentations using PowerPoint.
- Maintain an organized calendar, scheduling and monitoring meeting invites (internal/external).
- Perform Operations related duties and responsibilities as required on behalf of the Plant Manager.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Process attendance reports and time off requests for other managers.
- Research and collect data as requested.
- Assist in a variety of department operations, including performing special projects, and assignments as requested.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all departments /Managers to be able to meet the needs of the organization.
- Provide secretarial and routine administrative support for meetings; prepare agendas and packets of materials; take and transcribe meeting minutes as needed.
- Attend Production Manager Meeting as needed.
- Attend Employee Involvement meeting (EIM) as needed.
- Attend Facility Walk Around and meeting as needed.
- This position requires work to be performed on-site at our plant office and does not provide for working from home office.
- Support on scheduling travels for team members using Concur tool.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar required.
- 3- 5 years of related administrative experience required.
- Microsoft Office Certification preferred.
- Experience creating and editing documents in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work with distractions.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
- Energetic with a high level of professionalism.
Pay: $143,000.00 - $368,000.00 per year
