DMED is responsible for the P&L management and all distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and certain key technology functions worldwide for the Company's content engines. DMED also manages operations of the Company's streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ Hotstar; and domestic broadcast and cable television networks.**How you will contribute to our magical experience?**:The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to four Directors by coordinating working agendas, interact as a liaison with internal teams and external business partners, and manage diverse tasks assigned by the executives.**The **Administrative Assistant **will be responsible for**:- In this role, the Administrative Assistant will manage and arrange day-to-day calendar management, scheduling, agendas, calls and meetings.- Manage the daily calendar arrangements of 4 company executives. Arrange travel planning, accommodations, itineraries and handle expense reports with related areas.- Perform administrative and area support including preparation, writing/consolidation of weekly/monthly reports, Purchase Orders, T&E control and PowerPoint presentations.- Manage the relationship with AMEX Global Travel.- Maintain professionalism and exercise discretion when interfacing with direct reports and other areas.- Plan, organize and implement department events, meetings, and employee meeting activities or special projects.- Manage working calendars / meetings at a local and regional level.- Write and distribute meeting notes.- Liaise with internal Disney teams and external business partners.- Support in rollouts and other massive events: invitations, confirmations, NDAs, analyze and report results of attending.- Help in developing sales reports.- Expense reporting.- Coordinate and time keeping of Staff meetings and bi-weeklies.- Coordinate and follow up programs and/or activities.- Follow up key initiatives and programs within the organization.**Basic Qualifications**:- Possess 3 years of experience in similar positions.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office package (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point).- Knowledge in SAP is a plus.- Advanced English level in a must.- Ability to maintain confidential information, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
