The Role Support administrative process of claims. Claim control and reporting support to the adjusting team. Claim status and adjustment progress control. Document control. Keep an update on adjusting activities of each claim assigned. Follow up on actions and commitments related to the adjusting process. Keep to date agenda and reminders on scheduled meetings and appointments. Support and elaborate technical and commercial presentations. Support on report formatting. Insurers data system updates. Key Responsibilities Reporting and update on claim control systems at different clients and to the Manager. Constant monitoring on adjustment progress. Information control on claims. FNOL support – initial contact to client/agent/insured. Report assembly support to adjusters. Database build-up. Required Skills Bachelor's degree related to administration or equivalent experience. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills. Fluent level of English. Advanced proficiency in Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
