Administrative Assistant For Collections - Remote

We are looking for someone to support one of our customers in The USA.Our client believes that their people-centric culture attracts and retains the industry's top talent and has served as one of our competitive advantages, driving our growth and success.Your main activities for this position would be:- Review meeting minutes to identify collection-related items (delinquent accounts, payment plans, hard collections, etc.).- Data entry in SW and Excel.- Preparation of delinquency notices.- Preparation of dossiers for hard collections. Support the Accounts Receivable team with any other related task.- Schedule:_Monday to FridayStandard time: 10:00 a.M. to 7:00 p.M. (Mexico City time)Daylight saving: 9:00 a.M. to 6:00 p.M.
