Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-GENERAL DESCRIPTIONExecute all the administrative tasks inherent to the Director and the support activities required by the Human Resources department.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION- Preparatory and/or Professional career (desirable).- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS- Bilingual English / Spanish- Strong communication skills- Management of Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)- Management of Google tools (Google sheets, Google meet, etc.)MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Administrative activities.- Assist the director in administrative processes (edit presentations, payroll, head count reports, databases)- Make expense reports.- Make travel reservations for the HR team.- Support the activities of the human resources department (events, etc.)- Take control of the round tables and monthly meetings- Coordinate the appreciation program in human resources (recognition)- Track department purchases and keep track of spending- Coordinate correspondence and keep track of spending- Coordinate the stationery and keep track of spending- Organize and maintain confidential files.- Any other task or responsibility assigned by the supervisor.- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.- Comply with the security rules determined according to their role.- Comply on time with the planned training related to Quality and Training.- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.THE ROAD SHOULD BELONG TO EVERYONE.We still live in a world where many feel the road is for other people.
