Solar Panel call center office located in Tijuana is looking for an Administrative/HR Assistant with experience in dealing with people, also a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the company. The assistant will be responsible for managing daily operations, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient workflow within the executive office.**Responsibilities**:- Organize and oversee Payroll- Meticulously document tasks, and monitor action items for timely completion.- Set up spreadsheets for data tracking,- Conduct research and provide decision-making analysis.- Handle confidential information with discretion.- Ability to hold others accountable to their commitments and responsibilities.- Attention to detail- Multitasker- Fully Bilingual- Experience in Payroll (Envelopes, Invoices, Payroll stubs, wire transfers)- HR knowledge- Great PC skills- Assisting with Daily Sales Reports- Experience handling employees**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related fields like Administration.- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant.- Top-tier Organizational, time-management, and communication skills.- English and Spanish proficiency written and spoken.- Proficiency in G-Suite and other relevant software.- Experience in call center (preferred)**We Offer**:- All benefits by Law.- IMSS.**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pmTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasEscolaridad:- Licenciatura trunca o en curso (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Administración de personal: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
