Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant - HR.

**What you'll do**:
Performs administrative duties for executive management located in Eaton's Queretaro Corporate offices ( Country Controller and GFSS Staff Mangement).Responsibilities may include screening calls, managing calendars, travel reservations, meeting and event arrangements; expense reports, document translations, supervising other support staff, receiving and directing visitors and communications. Interaction corporate employees

a) Office services coordination, such as inventory administration from office cafeteria supplies, stationery supplies, etc.
b) Performs expense reports at Concur of HR and GFSS expenses according with the policy.
c) Responsible for set up and maintenance supplier request for Queretaro and Sant Fé site.
d) Support GFSS Managers Staff on events such as: Team building, Controllers Conference, Recognition ceremonies, communication monthly meeting.
e) Responsible of coordinate corporate events.
f) Ensure bulletin boards/digital boards have required postings and are up to date, including policies, birthdays at the Queretaro corporate office
g) Support HR team to deliver letters.
h) Responsible to authorize visitors ,suppliers and new employees access to main entrance.
i) Responsible to receive and send messaging.
j) Support for sending details for various events to employees (Condolences, birth of a child, others)
k) Ensure that all new employees and new dependents of employees are registered in the GMM policy.
l) Responsible for the car fleet, follow-up a lease renewals, user support for car service, payment review, support for approvals based on policy, etc.

**Qualifications**:
Administration Bachelor or similar

Bilingual skills, 1 or 2 years minimum of experience as bilingual administrative assistant required.

**Skills**:
Organization of different events, planning, Microsoft Office Skills.

Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills,, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication, Translations
Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients, plants and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
