Supervise the housekeeping team and ensure the building conditions are excellent for the daily operation. Coordinates an appropriate waste disposal with vendors and performs administrative duties for Operative Expansion departmentPrimary Accountabilities- Administration of capture and monitoring of invoices in the CPA and people soft system. Invoices are received from all regions and complete documentation is reviewed. It is carried out to capture in CPA, later it is confirmed in People soft, the process and monitoring of authorizations is carried out for the process of your payment in People Soft.- Invoice registration in internal database, for follow-up of approval and corresponding payment generation, in the credit time established during supplier registration.- Weekly receipt of supplier invoices by the managers of each region. All documents are reviewed for their correct capture process. Otherwise, the incident record will be made, and the manager is notified.- Control and supply of inventory of maintenance check-list formats, for technicians from different regions.- Performing weekly payment report and registration of payment complements, based on the information registered in People soft from the different providers.- Provide administrative collaboration with the members of the area, answer questions from Maintenance Managers, regarding supplier payment schedules.Education & ExperienceLevel of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: AdministrationYears of Experience: One to two years.Type of Experience: AdministrationSpecial Certifications or Technical Skills: Must be proficient with navigating Microsoft Windows and possess medium to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point & Word).Other/Preferred: Strong communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented focus. Must be able to handle highly confidential information.
